There were two cars in front of me but I only had to wait about 25 minutes. My service was efficient, no hard sells, and, since they had my info from a previous service, payment was one pass with my credit card. Employees were friendly and courteous.

Had a minimal wait time. Everyone was very friendly. Accepted my coupon with no hassle. However, the rear windshield blade snapped when they were trying to replace it. Awesome service recovery here—before I even knew what was wrong and how long it would take to get the part in, the manager (Dan or Daryl, not sure) was there to apologize and tell me the entire service was free. Really a great experience, even if it didn’t go as planned.

I am as shocked at the price and speed of service. It was awesome The experience was fast. They fixed my brake light. They were very polite and informative. It was something I needed to do and keep putting off but once I did I don’t know why I waited. It was the easiest part of my day!
